Who to contact
Artificial Modelling is an independent AI and data studio operated by Aditya Ravi, based in India. For questions about this website, your enquiry or this notice, contact aditya@artificialmodelling.in. Use “Privacy request” or “Privacy complaint” in the subject to help us identify your message.
Information and its purpose

The form and lab do not save inputs in localStorage or sessionStorage. Your browser may independently remember form fields or cache public website files. Closing or reloading a page clears the application’s in-memory state. Downloads, clipboard contents and email drafts remain under your control.
Use, sharing and service providers
Initial enquiry information is used to answer your request and discuss work. Sending a project enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. The website has no advertising, newsletter subscription or account registration feature.
Hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. GoDaddy Professional Email handles our mailbox. Providers may process information in locations outside your country under their own service arrangements. Their processing and retention practices are separate from the browser-local form and lab.
Enquiry details may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to address a legal claim. We do not sell enquiry information. Sharing client project material with additional tools, collaborators or services requires the relevant project arrangements.
Where a legal basis is required, responding to an enquiry can involve steps you request before a contract; operating and securing the website can involve legitimate interests where recognised by applicable law. Consent is sought separately where required, and legal obligations may require some records to be kept.
Retention and security
The website application does not retain form or lab inputs on a server. Email correspondence is kept for the enquiry, any resulting engagement and relevant recordkeeping or legal obligations. The applicable criteria are whether the conversation remains active, whether it becomes a project, and whether a contractual or legal record is needed. Provider logs and backups follow the providers’ retention arrangements.
You can ask about retention or request deletion of your correspondence. Some records may need to remain for legal obligations or disputes; provider backup copies may also persist under provider policies. Project retention and deletion are agreed in the project documentation.
The site uses HTTPS. Email and downloaded files have their own security risks. Please keep passwords, confidential records, financial documents and sensitive personal information out of an initial enquiry. Agree a suitable transfer method before sharing project data.
Your choices, requests and complaints
You choose whether to send the prepared email. You can edit or discard it before sending. Contact aditya@artificialmodelling.in to ask what enquiry information is held, correct it, request deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may also exercise those rights, including withdrawing consent where processing relies on it.
Include the email address used for your enquiry and a short description of the request. Please do not send identity documents in the first message. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own records. We will respond in line with applicable legal requirements and explain relevant limits. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where applicable.
Intended audience
The services and enquiry process are intended for adult business users. We do not intentionally request children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact aditya@artificialmodelling.in so it can be addressed.
